SlimGenix Pro is slimming product, who’s mystery manufacturers claim can help you lose weight without dieting, calorie counting, a confusing system (ironically, we’re not sure what that means), or any food deprivation.
Sounds awesome. Let’s have a look.
Okay, so there’s 2 websites for SlimGenix:
There’s also another site which deals with the sales. It’s all a bit strange in our opinion.
SlimGenix Pro is being marketed primarily as a fat-burner, aka, diet pill, slimming supplements etc. The website(s) claim the product will assist you to:
- Burn excess fat
- Keep your muscle mass
- Feel energized
- Curb your hunger cravings/suppress appetite
How Does SlimGenix Pro Work?
Using a recipe of ingredients, the blend has been developed to increase the user’s utilization of fat for energy, boost their metabolism to further induce weight loss and also give them extra energy.
The two most advertised ingredients are the Green Coffee Bean and the Raspberry Ketone. The rest of the formula should be on the bottle label, and a bit of faffing around on the website(s) will result in a screen shot of the full blend.
As mentioned above, the two ingredients the marketing copy mentions a lot are Green Coffee and Raspberry Ketone. The recipe is a proprietary blend though which means we can’t know the individual levels of the the inclusions. Nevertheless, here is the list as they state it:
- African Mango
- Raspberry Ketones: raspberry ketones have been in the media quite heavily due to the experiments on mice which helped the little rodents lose weight. There is also evidence to support RK being used as an appetite suppressant. As with many ingredients extracted from fruits, the anti-oxidant properties are strong.
- Green Coffee: Chlorogenic Acid in un-roasted (green) coffee beans can also make some skinny rats. The research again indicated that it has hunger-curbing potential. It goes quite well with caffeine, and may be strengthened by it.
- Garcinia Cambogia
- Acai Berry
- Green Tea
- White Tea
That’s a collection of decent ingredients in the SlimGenix Pro formula, but we can’t see much evidence of a “muscle-retention” element to it.
The blend is a total of 1150mg, which is probably its linear strength unfortunately. Some higher profile supplements like Superfruit Slim tend to concentrate their ingredients to produce a more powerful mix.
According to the website, two pills should be taken daily. Whether it should be with food, or at what time of the day is not information the company deems important enough to add to the website(s).
Side Effects and Health Considerations
Without question, those of you already taking medication or that have an existing medical condition should consult your doctor before taking this or any other supplement. Pregnant and breast-feeding women should do the same.
Purchasing and SlimGenix Sales Strategy
The only way to get some SlimGenix Pro is to sign up for the 14 day free trial. Then, if you don’t manage to cancel the trial within that period, they will charge you $150 (£94) for the trial bottle and then the SAME AMOUNT PER MONTH thereafter.
The website promising you a new, tight body does not tell you this; you must go to the quieter Terms and Conditions page to get that info.
According to the website there is a 30 day guarantee but it’s a misleading promise because it does not count if you have bought SlimGenix Pro from the trial…which means it’s useless!
What Do We Recommend Instead?
Like we mentioned earlier in the review, Superfruit Slim is a far superior product with Raspberry Ketone and several other natural ingredients included at stronger potency and much more economically.
You’ll get multiple bottles of Superfruit Slim for the same price as just one SlimGenix Pro.
